Mortar mixing generally uses a mortar mixer and requires uniform mixing. In order to improve the water retention of the mortar, clay, electro-gypsum, fly ash, and other plasticizers may be incorporated. Mortar should be used with the mix. If the mortar is bleeding, it should be mixed again. Cement mortar and mortar must be used within 3 h and 4 h after mixing. If the temperature is above 30 °C, they must be used within 2 h and 3 h.
